The Innovation EBA is a proven mechanism that Enterprises at various levels of cloud maturity have harnessed to accelerate the adoption of GenAI technology.
In this 8-week engagement we combine traditional classroom training with cloud and GenAI consulting, and agile ways of working.
You will develop the knowledge and skills to realise business value from GenAI technologies utilising the Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) methodology.
We will 'empower' your teams to understand and model the business value of GenAI solutions, and then overcome these common challenges to move to production and realise new business value.

Initiation
This is a 8-week professional services engagement utilising the proven EBA methodology, to train and empower your teams to understand and model the business value of GenAI solutions, and then accelerate moving GenAI use cases to production and realising new business value.
We will lead you in utilising the EBA methodology to plan and prepare for the GenAI use case(s) deployment.
We will define the goals for the execution sprint and ensure the right teams are enabled and available to participate.
We will asses your current skills aligned to the GenAI use case(s) deployment and deliver training to address any gaps.
The work required to prepare for the execution sprint is accomplished typically through 3-5 workstreams.
These workstreams will be cross-functional customer teams supported by our AWS GenAI specialists.
These workstreams will rigorously follow the AWS GenAI path to production framework so they avoid the common pitfalls which stop GenAI pilots moving to production.
Preparation - 6-7 Weeks
Execution - 3-Days
Our senior AWS GenAI specialists will begin with executive alignment and working backwards to understand your business drivers and goals, to align on the EBA scope and objectives.
The engagement culminates in a 3-day agile sprint facilitated by us to bring all your relevant teams together i.e. Engineering, Development, Security, Finance, etc.
In this sprint empowered by our AWS GenAI experts your teams will collaborate to deliver the goals of the engagement and deploy the GenAI use cases.

Review and Accelerate - 1 Week
We will complete a retrospective and validate the outcomes of the execution sprint, identifying next steps to push into production and the realisation of business value through GenAI technologies.

End to end engagement management including facilitation and hosting of the agile execution sprint by our agile EBA experts.

How do we select the GenAI use cases?
Business modelling is a critical step to ensure a GenAI use case has a clear ROI. We will work with you to clearly define business objectives and how GenAI aligns with these goals to ensure focus on measurable outcomes.
What agile ways of working will we utilise in the engagement?
The execution event is run as an agile sprint with ceremonies. Each team will define their sprint goals, epics and user stories into a backlog during the preparation and utilise a Kanban board in the event. A retrospective will be run post the engagement to identify lessons learnt and next steps to continue your cloud journey and expedite cloud business value. This is part of the EBA methodology engagement we will do with your teams.
How do you ensure leadership buy in?
A senior customer sponsor is a pre requisite for a successful engagement to ensure the goals are aligned to business priorities, and to rally support within the organisation to provide resources and the required cross-functional teams.
What number of participants take part in the 3-day execution sprint?
Typically 10-15 customer participants will take part dependant on your organisation's structure and the goals of the engagement.
